Savoury Polony Samp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) samp, soaked over night
  • 4 cups (1 L) boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) cooking oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Rajah All in One Curry Powder
  • 250 g polony, chopped
  • 1 x 400 g tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Knorrox Chicken Stock Cubes

Instructions

  • Cook the samp for about two hours in boiling water. If necessary add more water.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, green pepper, Rajah All-in-One Curry Powder and polony until the onions are soft.
  • Add tomatoes and Knorrox Chicken Stock Cubes, and simmer for five minutes. Spoon the samp into the polony mixture and serve.
