Team Pitseng – Chicken Sishebo – Episode 7

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5kg chicken wings and drumsticks
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Robertsons Chicken Spice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Robertsons Steak & Chops Spice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Robertsons Cumin
  • Garlic (raw) - crushed
  • 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green pepper - diced
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen green peas
  • 1 packet Knorr Brown Onion Soup
  • 3 cups (750 ml) water

Instructions

  • Fry the onion and chicken together in some cooking oil. Add all your spices.
  • When the chicken is cooked add your peppers and boiled green peas.
  • Pour in your Knorr Brown Onion Soup and water, stir well and then allow to cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • You now have your perfect sishebo.
