Team Pitseng – Chicken Sishebo – Episode 10

Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken drum sticks and thighs
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Robertsons Steak & Chop Spice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Robertsons Chicken Spice
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder
  • 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green pepper - chopped
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Knorrox Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Knorr Minestrone Soup
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Knorr Brown Onion Soup

Instructions

  1. Spice your meat with the Robertsons Spices.
  2. Fry your onion with your Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry
  3. Add your spiced meat and cook for 20 to 25 minutes
  4. Add your peppers, broccoli and cauliflower along with your Knorrox Stock Cube & Knorr Soups.
  5. Let it cook until your veggies are ready.
  6. You now have your perfect Sishebo
