Turkey Drumsticks Sishebo

  • 1.5kg turkey drumsticks slices
  • 1 cup (250 ml) McCain’s Diced Carrots
  • 1 cup (250 ml) McCain’s Frozen Green Beans
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 410 g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 packet Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Robertsons Mixed Dried Herb


  • Place drumsticks, carrots, beans, potatoes and onion in a large saucepan.
  • Mix tinned tomatoes, water and the Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup powder together.
  • Pour over the drumsticks and the vegetables. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, while covered for about an hour and a half, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked and falling off of the bone. Add more water if needed.
  • Stir in the Robertsons Mixed Dried Herbs.
  • Serve over pap or rice
