To avoid adding too much oil when cooking beef, always sear or pan fry your beef separately before cooking it with sunflower oil. We need a sufficient amount of essential oils in our diet as it is a good source of energy. When cooking your perfect sishebo dish, try use no more than ‘roughly 1 teaspoon/ 5ml’ of oil per person.
