Add the Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder and Robertsons Garlic Salt and fry for one minute to release the aroma and flavour.
Add the sweet potatoes, potatoes , water and Knorrox Chilli Beef Stock Cube.
Stir well and bring to the boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Just before done, mix the Knorr Minestrone Soup with four tablespoons of water to make a smooth paste and then add it to the soup and allow to simmer for five minutes stirring continuously until thickened.
Remove the soup from the heat and mash until smooth with a potato masher.
