Combine the mince, egg and Robertsons Barbecue Spice. Mix well.
Roll into medium sized meatballs.
Fry in heated oil until brown on all sides. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan add the Knorr Rich Beef and Tomato Soup powder and water. Stir until the sauce thickens and add all remaining ingredients. Return meatballs to the pot. Cover and allow to simmer for 10 -15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
