Team Pitseng – Fish Starter – Episode 10

Prep 20 Mins, Cook 25 Mins, 9 Ingredients, Serves: 6 - 8

Ingredients

  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder
  • 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green pepper - chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Knorr Minestrone Soup
  • 2 cups (300 g) McCains Stew Mix
  • 1 tin of Pilchards Tinned Fish

Instructions

  • Fry your onion in cooking oil with the Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder.
  • Add your peppers, Knorr Minestrone Soup and Robertsons Steak & Chops Spice and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
  • Fry your McCain’s Stew Mix and add it to the other ingredients, when it is ready. Also add your pilchards.
